The Business
A fast-paced, global food business with a strong portfolio of household brands. The UK team is entrepreneurial and collaborative, and theyre passionate about driving improvements and doing things differently.
What youll be doing
- Leading end-to-end brand strategy and activation across the UK market
- Developing ATL and BTL campaigns that build emotional connection and drive penetration
- Using data to drive performance; including Nielsen and Kantar in order to identify opportunities and optimise brand plans
- Managing the brand P&L and driving performance through data-led decisions
- Partnering with cross-functional teams including sales, insights and global
What were looking for
- A commercially minded FMCG marketer with experience owning a brand or major portfolio
- Strong digital experience, with a sharp eye for brand storytelling
- Experience managing agencies and delivering full 360 campaigns
- Energetic, entrepreneurial and excited to take real ownership
