UK Sales Manager - Premium Coffee Equipment 

A rare opportunity to join a global leader in professional coffee equipment. Our client is a prestigious Italian brand, renowned for design, innovation and sustainability, with an established reputation in the speciality coffee community and ambitious plans to grow across the UK hospitality market.

The role:

  • Lead sales for a premium portfolio, nurturing distributor partnerships and driving new business across the UK.
  • Blend account management with proactive business development, identifying growth opportunities and expanding brand presence.
  • Engage actively with the coffee community through events, tastings and partnerships.
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues to help shape the UK's go-to-market strategy.

Who were looking for:

  • Proven sales success with structure, commercial acumen and negotiation skill.
  • Ideally from coffee equipment, roasters or B2B hospitality sectors; other premium B2B backgrounds considered.
  • Strong relationship-builder, credible at senior level, with a proactive, independent approach.
  • UK driving licence required; must be able to travel easily into London and throughout the UK
