What You'll Own

Portfolio Strategy & Growth

  • Build and steer a winning portfolio strategy across channels, missions & packs
  • Lead annual portfolio planning and run scenario modelling that shapes big decisions
  • Turn insights into smart assortment, pricing, and innovation choices that drive performance
  • Elevate the Perfect Sell toolkit with shopper-led selling stories that win at the shelf

Shopper Intelligence & Behaviour

  • Become the go-to expert on missions, decision trees, occasions, and path-to-purchase
  • Build robust frameworks for conversion, incrementality, and cannibalisation
  • Bring insights to life with Sales & Category teams to drive excellence in-store

Research & Agency Leadership

  • Lead partnerships with top shopper data providers
  • Design and deliver standout research across pricing, pack optimisation, innovation testing, and category flow
  • Define best-in-class briefs and methodologies that get to the heart of business questions

Influence & Collaboration

  • Align cross-functional teams around clear priorities and insight-led strategies
  • Turn complex data into simple, sharp, decision-ready stories
  • Drive disciplined project management with clear milestones, actions, and impact

What You Bring

  • Proven experience in FMCG/retail insights, category management, or portfolio strategy
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills
