Disaronno International UK Ltd is the premium spirits business behind iconic brands including Disaronno and Tia Maria, and part of the global ILLVA Saronno Group.

Since launching in 2021, the UK business has grown rapidly across the on-trade, building a diverse portfolio spanning Italian gin, Irish and American whiskey, and English whisky.

The Role

Were looking for a natural leader who can inspire a growing on-trade field sales team someone who empowers through coaching and thrives on seeing others succeed.

As Head of Field Sales at Disaronno International UK, youll shape and lead our expanding on-trade sales team, driving distribution, activation, and brand advocacy across our exceptional portfolio, which includes:

Disaronno, Tia Maria, Engine Gin, The Busker Whiskey, Cotswolds Distillery, and Sagamore Whiskey.

This isnt a desk job around 80% of your time will be spent out in the trade, coaching, mentoring, and building capability within your team, while creating meaningful partnerships with key customers nationwide. You'll need to love being out and about with your people and your customers.

You'll:

  • Lead, develop, and motivate a high-performing team of field-based KAMs across the UK
  • Create and implement the Independent Free Trade (IFT) strategy for on-trade growth
  • Deliver world-class execution and brand activation through collaboration with Trade Marketing and Category teams
  • Champion people development, setting the standard for professionalism, curiosity, and care

You:

  • Are currently operating at a senior level, with 6+ years experience in an on-trade sales or leadership role within beer, wine, spirits
  • Have mastery of the UK On-Trade, from independent venues to national accounts
  • Can demonstrate proven success launching NPD into the on-trade through effective team leadership
  • Are an entrepreneurial and ambitious self-starter, highly organised and target-driven
  • Have strong stakeholder management skills, working across both UK and global teams
  • Lead with a collaborative, engaging style, and take a solution-based approach to challenges
  • Have solid line management experience, with a track record of developing and inspiring large teams
