What You'll Do
- Lead & Inspire: Coach and mentor a motivated sales team to deliver exceptional results
- Drive Growth: Develop and execute winning joint business plans with key grocery customers
- Think Strategically: Use data and insights to maximise availability and identify new opportunities
- Develop Talent: Recruit, train and grow your team creating a strong pipeline of future leaders
- Own the Plan: Align field sales activity with wider business strategy to deliver commercial success
What You'll Bring
- FMCG experience preferred, but proven success in regional or national account sales management is essential
- At least 5 years of leadership experience, with a track record of coaching high-performing teams
- Strong commercial acumen and confidence working with data to shape decisions
- Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- A valid UK driving licence and willingness to travel
