Youll work closely with the Head of HR and experienced People Business Partners, supporting managers, shaping employee experiences and building the skills to become a trusted advisor in a fast-paced, people-first environment.

What youll do:

• Be a first point of contact for managers and employees
• Support people initiatives across talent, learning, engagement and culture
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to deliver great hiring and onboarding experiences
• Get hands-on with people projects and process improvements

What were looking for:

• Experience in a generalist HR, HR Coordinator or junior BP role
• Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset
• Organised, adaptable and keen to learn
