An internationally recognised, purpose-led FMCG business is looking for a Marketing Manager to lead the UK strategy for two iconic brands, driving growth, market share, and cultural relevance in a fast-moving category.

Youll have end-to-end responsibility for both brands in the UK market, leading 3-year and annual strategies, inspiring a high-performing team, and delivering impactful campaigns.

Reporting directly to the Marketing Director, this role offers genuine visibility and influence across local, cluster, and global teams.

You will be accountable for:

  • Lead the strategic direction and execution of the annual & 3-year brand plans
  • Coach and develop a team of three
  • Drive brand equity, market share, and profitability through consumer-first thinking
  • Champion brand positioning across all channels
  • Launch breakthrough, multi-channel campaigns
  • Identify and deliver exciting NPD opportunities
  • Collaborate cross-functionally across UK and global stakeholders

  • A proven track record as an expert brand builder
