Disaronno International UK Ltd is the premium spirits business behind iconic brands including Disaronno and Tia Maria, and part of the global ILLVA Saronno Group. Since launching in 2021, the UK business has grown rapidly across the on-trade, building a diverse portfolio that now spans Italian gin, Irish and American whiskey, and English whisky.

The Role

Were looking for commercially sharp, relationship-driven Key Account Managers to join the team at Disaronno International UK.

As the business continues to expand its UK on-trade presence, these newly created roles will focus on managing and developing key partnerships across prestige venues, halo single sites, and small group operators.

You'll play a pivotal role in driving distribution, visibility, and advocacy for our brands, while bringing NPD to life through exceptional activation and commercial execution.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts (typically 225 venues), building strong, multi-level relationships with independent operators and small groups
  • Deliver volume, value, and distribution growth through joint business plans and best-in-class execution
  • Lead new product introductions and secure standout visibility across your accounts
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities, expanding our reach across the on-trade
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Trade Marketing, Finance, and Logistics to deliver results

What Were Looking For

  • A proven track record in the UK on-trade, with a passion for quality
  • Beer, wine, spirits or soft drinks experience
  • Experience managing key accounts or small group operators
  • A proactive, new-business-focused mindset you thrive on seeking out and winning opportunities
  • Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and a creative approach to activation
  • A self-starter with energy, curiosity, and genuine passion for great brands
  • This is a hands-on role in a fast-growing business, offering both autonomy and the opportunity to make a real impact all while working with some of the worlds most loved brands
