Job Title: SDR / Appointment Setter
Location: Remote – Latin America Preferred
Type of Contract: Contractor (Full-Time, ET/CT Hours)
Salary Range: $2,000/month base + strong commission (OTE potential)
Language Requirements: Impeccable spoken and written English
We are seeking a skilled SDR / Appointment Setter with strong outbound calling experience and exceptional English communication skills to join our growing team. You will play a key role in engaging high-net-worth financial advisors at major wirehouses and booking qualified appointments. Your work will directly impact pipeline generation and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to financial advisors at firms such as Morgan Stanley, Merrill Lynch, and Wells Fargo.
- Qualify prospects and schedule appointments for senior team members.
- Follow structured scripts and SOPs to ensure consistent messaging and performance.
- Manage outreach campaigns using Apollo and track call activity via JustCall.
- Maintain organized workflows and reporting in ClickUp.
- Handle objections professionally and build rapport with high-level prospects.
- Collaborate closely with the Senior Caller and internal team to optimize outreach performance.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Proven experience in SDR, appointment setting, or outbound sales.
- Impeccable spoken and written English (near-native fluency required).
- Strong phone presence and confidence speaking with high-level professionals.
- Experience using tools such as Apollo, JustCall, and ClickUp (or similar platforms).
- Ability to follow scripts while adapting naturally in conversations.
- Highly organized, disciplined, and results-driven.
- Availability to work full-time in ET/CT hours.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in finance, banking, or working with financial advisors.
- Experience selling into or interacting with wirehouse firms (e.g., Morgan Stanley, Merrill Lynch, Wells Fargo).
- Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding appointment-setting or sales targets.
- Experience working in remote, contractor-based environments.
