We are seeking a skilled Senior QA Automation Engineer with strong experience in test automation to join our growing engineering organization. You will play a key role in designing and implementing automated testing solutions and ensuring the delivery of reliable, scalable software. Your work will directly impact the quality, stability, and efficiency of our QA processes and product releases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks using tools such as Playwright, Selenium, or similar.
  • Ensure comprehensive automation coverage across UI, API, and integration layers to prevent regressions.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and delivery teams to align on quality objectives and release timelines.
  • Execute and optimize automated test suites to ensure reliability and performance.
  • Contribute to QA processes, test planning, execution, and reporting for consistent and efficient delivery.
  • Participate in code and test reviews, maintaining high standards for test quality and performance.
  • Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • 7–8 years of experience in QA automation or software testing.
  • Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks (Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, or similar).
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and quality engineering best practices.
  • Experience with web and API testing, including building and executing automated test suites.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to write clear, maintainable, and efficient automated tests.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows.
  • Exposure to performance, security, or cross-platform testing.
  • Experience collaborating with U.S.-based or enterprise clients.
  • Familiarity with modern tech stacks such as C#, .NET, React, JavaScript, and Azure DevOps.
