We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) or Certified Nurse with strong clinical expertise and excellent communication skills to join our team at Wellness Connection. You will play a key role in providing high-quality remote patient care, coordinating health services, and ensuring patients receive timely support and guidance. Your work will directly impact patient outcomes and contribute to improving overall healthcare experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide virtual nursing care, health assessments, and patient education in accordance with established protocols.

• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers via phone, chat, or video conferencing.

• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA and company policies.

• Support care coordination by following up on treatment plans, lab results, and medication adherence.

• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centered care.

• Monitor and report on patient progress, escalating clinical concerns as needed.

• Contribute to process improvements that enhance patient satisfaction and care efficiency.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Valid nursing certification or RN license (recognized in your country of residence).

• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in a healthcare or telehealth setting.

• Strong English communication skills (B2+ level required).

• Reliable internet connection and a quiet home workspace for remote consultations.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

• Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems and telehealth tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in U.S.-based healthcare systems or telemedicine services.

• Familiarity with chronic disease management, preventive care, or wellness programs.

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills.
