We are seeking a skilled Senior Full Stack Developer with in-depth knowledge of AWS Connect to join our team in delivering advanced contact center and communication solutions. You will play a key role in architecting, developing, and integrating backend and frontend components that leverage AWS Connect for large-scale enterprise environments. Your work will directly impact customer engagement, service reliability, and system scalability across global clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs integrated with AWS Connect.

  • Implement real-time data flows and event-driven architectures using AWS Lambda, SQS, and SNS.

  • Customize and extend AWS Connect features (contact flows, routing, integrations with CRM and ticketing systems).

  • Collaborate with DevOps to ensure secure, high-availability AWS environments using CloudFormation or Terraform.

  • Integrate third-party tools such as Amazon Lex, Kinesis, or external telephony APIs.

  • Monitor, optimize, and troubleshoot AWS Connect performance and related microservices.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 5+ years of professional software development experience (Full Stack or Backend-focused).

  • In-depth hands-on experience with AWS Connect, including API integrations, contact flows, and telephony configurations.

  • Strong proficiency with at least one backend language (Preferably Node.js).

  • Experience designing and deploying serverless applications using AWS Lambda and related services.

  • Solid understanding of RESTful API design, authentication (OAuth2, JWT), and microservices.

  • Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code (CloudFormation, Terraform) and CI/CD pipelines.

  • Strong debugging and performance optimization skills across distributed systems.

Preferred Qualifications

  • AWS Certification (Developer, Solutions Architect, or DevOps Engineer).

  • Experience integrating AWS Connect with Salesforce, Zendesk, or ServiceNow.

  • Exposure to monitoring tools such as CloudWatch, Datadog, or Sentry.

  • Experience with VoIP, SIP, or other telephony protocols.
