Salary Range: $1,000 – $1,400 USD per month

We are seeking a skilled Accounts Receivable Associate with hands-on experience in invoicing, payment processing, and financial reporting to join our growing accounting team. You will play a key role in managing receivables, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting collections efforts. Your work will directly impact cash flow accuracy, reporting reliability, and overall financial operations efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process daily Accounts Receivable (A/R) transactions and generate reports in NetSuite

  • Prepare, issue, and verify customer invoices for goods and services

  • Record and track client payments including checks, EFT, ACH, and credit card transactions

  • Investigate and resolve account discrepancies while supporting collections activities

  • Maintain accurate and confidential financial records in compliance with company policies

  • Organize and manage electronic financial documentation according to established procedures

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports for the Accounting Director

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required (additional accounting coursework preferred)

  • Minimum 1+ year of Accounts Receivable experience

  • Working knowledge of accounting principles and financial practices

  • Experience with NetSuite or similar accounting/ERP systems

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

  • Strong data entry skills, including 10-key by touch and minimum typing speed of 40 WPM

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

  • High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associates degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

  • Experience working with U.S.-based companies

  • Familiarity with internal controls and compliance standards
