Location: Colombia (Remote)
Type of Contract: Full-Time | EOR
Salary Range: $1,000 – $1,400 USD per month

We are seeking a skilled Accounts Receivable Associate with hands-on experience in invoicing, payment processing, and financial reporting to join our growing accounting team. You will play a key role in managing receivables, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting collections efforts. Your work will directly impact cash flow accuracy, reporting reliability, and overall financial operations efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:

Process daily Accounts Receivable (A/R) transactions and generate reports in NetSuite

Prepare, issue, and verify customer invoices for goods and services

Record and track client payments including checks, EFT, ACH, and credit card transactions

Investigate and resolve account discrepancies while supporting collections activities

Maintain accurate and confidential financial records in compliance with company policies

Organize and manage electronic financial documentation according to established procedures

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports for the Accounting Director
Must-Have Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required (additional accounting coursework preferred)

Minimum 1+ year of Accounts Receivable experience

Working knowledge of accounting principles and financial practices

Experience with NetSuite or similar accounting/ERP systems

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Strong data entry skills, including 10-key by touch and minimum typing speed of 40 WPM

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:

Associates degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Experience working with U.S.-based companies

Familiarity with internal controls and compliance standards
