Job Title: Sales Engineer – Industrial Equipment (Mining Sector)

Location: Dominican Republic – Santo Domingo, Santiago, Bonao, Cotuí, La Vega (Remote with Travel)

Type of Contract: Full-Time

Salary Range: USD 2,000–2,400/month base + commission

Language Requirements: Fluent Spanish; Intermediate to Strong English

We are seeking a skilled Sales Engineer with experience in industrial equipment and a strong network in the mining sector to join our growing team. You will play a key role in identifying client needs, presenting effective pumping solutions, and driving new business within the mining and industrial sectors. Your work will directly impact our growth and customer satisfaction across key accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan, including prospecting strategy, customer visits, and pipeline management

• Analyze historical and current customer data to uncover new business opportunities

• Build deep product knowledge through collaboration with technical teams and pump system experts

• Conduct on-site visits to assess customer needs and gather data for tailored proposals

• Maintain strong relationships with clients and support them with technical and commercial solutions

• Work closely with application engineers to validate and implement solutions

• Record sales activity and customer data accurately in CRM (HubSpot)

• Provide regular updates to management and clients regarding market trends, opportunities, and competitor activity

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial equipment sales

• Established contacts in the mining sector (operations, maintenance, engineering, procurement)

• Ability to travel up to 70% of the time to mining and industrial sites

• Valid drivers license

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Spanish; capable English proficiency

• Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools

• Highly organized, self-driven, and results-oriented

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous operational experience in mining or industrial environments

• Technical understanding of pump systems and failure analysis
