Job Title: Account Manager – Property & casualty insurance experience

Salary Range: USD $2,000 to $3,000 USD/month

We are seeking a skilled Account Manager with expertise in client relationship management and property & casualty insurance to join our growing team. You will oversee both the Review Service Team and Communication Service Team to ensure seamless compliance management operations. Your work will directly impact client satisfaction, operational efficiency, and overall compliance outcomes.
Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary liaison with assigned client organizations

Lead, manage, and coordinate the Review Service Team and Communication Service Team

Conduct quarterly meetings to present client performance and compliance health reports

Review escalated documents, flagged communications, and exception requests

Oversee timely review and organization of compliance documents (within 48 hours of submission)

Monitor compliance status, exception handling, and daily outreach to non-compliant parties

Customize client organization templates and branding for onboarding and reporting
Must-Have Qualifications

Property & casualty insurance experience (required)

Strong client relationship management and account oversight skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Proven experience managing cross-functional teams

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and process management abilities

Experience with compliance or document management systems (preferred)

Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in compliance management, insurance operations, or risk management services
