We are seeking a skilled Senior Customer Success Manager with strong enterprise SaaS and fintech experience to join our growing team. You will play a key role in managing strategic customer relationships, driving renewals and expansion opportunities, and ensuring long-term value realization for enterprise clients. Your work will directly impact revenue retention, customer growth, and the overall success of our customer lifecycle strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of approximately 50–100 strategic enterprise accounts, serving as a trusted advisor to finance leaders and executive stakeholders.
  • Own the full customer lifecycle including onboarding, product adoption, value realization, expansion, and renewal.
  • Drive 100%+ net revenue retention through renewals, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities while managing commercial discussions and contract negotiations.
  • Lead strategic business reviews with customers to demonstrate ROI, product value, and alignment with their financial and operational goals.
  • Navigate complex multi-stakeholder environments across finance, IT, operations, and executive leadership.
  • Proactively identify customer risk factors, manage escalations, and implement retention strategies to prevent churn.
  • Maintain detailed account plans, renewal pipelines, and forecasting accuracy within CRM systems.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Strategic Consulting within B2B SaaS environments.
  • 5+ years managing enterprise-level accounts ($200K+ ARR) with a proven track record of achieving renewal and expansion targets.
  • Strong experience conducting commercial conversations, including renewals, upsells, and multi-year contract negotiations.
  • Ability to manage complex stakeholder environments within large organizations such as Fortune 500 or Global 2000 companies.
  • Experience with finance technology platforms, ERP systems, or financial software (Accounts Receivable, Treasury Management, FP&A, or related).
  • Demonstrated ability to learn complex products quickly and translate technical functionality into business value for customers.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Revenue teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in FinTech or financial operations platforms focused on cash flow or accounts receivable automation.
  • Experience working in a high-growth Series B–D startup or scaling SaaS company.
  • Background working closely with finance, accounting, or treasury teams.
  • Experience developing executive champions and customer references for case studies and advocacy.
