Salary Range: $3,000 – $3,500 USD / month

We are seeking a senior-level Lead Paid Media Strategist / Copy with deep creative and copy leadership experience to join our growing team. You will fully own paid media strategy, systems, and performance outcomes across multiple channels, acting as a strategic thought partner to leadership. Your work will directly impact client growth, creative scalability, and the evolution of our internal paid media frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and scale complex, full-funnel paid media systems across Meta, Google (Search & Performance Max), TikTok, and Amazon at a lead/senior level.
- Personally write high-converting ad copy, hooks, angles, and offer positioning across TOF, MOF, and BOF (hands-on copy ownership is core to this role).
- Lead creative strategy end-to-end, defining messaging architecture, creative angles, and performance hypotheses aligned with brand voice and customer psychology.
- Develop clear, designer-ready creative briefs and oversee execution to ensure creative aligns with strategic intent and performance goals.
- Architect, execute, and iterate structured testing frameworks focused on improving CTR, CVR, CAC, ROAS, and overall profitability.
- Diagnose performance, attribution, and data integrity issues independently and implement solutions without hand-holding.
- Act as a strategic thought partner to leadership, proactively identifying growth levers, new testing opportunities, and system-level improvements.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 7–10+ years of hands-on paid media experience across Meta, Google, TikTok, and/or Amazon, operating at a lead or senior level.
- Proven ability to personally write high-performing ad copy, hooks, and creative angles (non-negotiable).
- Extensive experience owning creative strategy and leading copy and creative direction with clear accountability for results.
- Strong expertise in attribution and data integrity, including server-side CAPI, offline conversions, and first-click or blended attribution systems.
- Demonstrated ability to build, manage, and optimize full-funnel testing systems independently.
- Comfortable owning outcomes, making strategic decisions, and being accountable for performance.
- Ability to work synchronously from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM US Central Time in a highly collaborative environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in performance-driven agencies with senior client exposure.
- Familiarity with CRM-integrated lead quality feedback loops and sales outcome optimization.
- Strong documentation and process-building mindset, including SOPs, testing frameworks, and reporting clarity.
