We are looking for a Senior Marketing Strategist who deeply understands performance marketing and U.S. consumer psychology. In this role, you will design and execute high-impact marketing campaigns that drive customer acquisition and scalable growth.
You will be responsible for developing campaign strategies, shaping messaging and creative direction, and optimizing performance across digital advertising platforms. This position is ideal for someone who not only understands paid media but also knows how to craft compelling marketing angles, hooks, and creative strategies that convert U.S. audiences.
Your work will directly influence campaign performance, brand growth, and revenue outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead full-funnel marketing strategies that align campaign messaging, targeting, and creative with U.S. consumer behavior and purchasing psychology.
- Build and execute paid media campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google (Search & Performance Max), TikTok, and Amazon.
- Design structured campaign testing frameworks to improve CTR, CVR, CAC, ROAS, and overall marketing efficiency.
- Create campaign messaging frameworks, including hooks, angles, and offers tailored to different funnel stages (TOF, MOF, BOF).
- Translate brand positioning and customer insights into high-converting marketing campaigns and ad concepts.
- Collaborate with designers and creative teams by producing clear campaign briefs that define strategy, messaging hierarchy, and creative direction.
- Analyze campaign performance and customer behavior data to continuously refine strategy and improve marketing outcomes.
Must-Have Qualifications
- 7–10+ years of experience in marketing strategy, paid media, or performance marketing.
- Proven experience building and scaling marketing campaigns targeting U.S. consumers.
- Strong understanding of consumer psychology, direct-response marketing, and conversion optimization.
- Hands-on experience managing campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and/or Amazon Ads.
- Demonstrated ability to create high-converting campaign messaging, creative strategies, and testing frameworks.
- Strong analytical skills with experience optimizing campaigns based on performance data and attribution insights.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with U.S.-based brands or agencies managing North American markets.
- Background in direct-response marketing or performance-driven growth marketing environments.
- Familiarity with advanced attribution systems (CAPI, server-side tracking, offline conversions).
- Experience building campaign testing frameworks and experimentation roadmaps.
- Ability to lead strategic conversations with leadership teams and translate business goals into marketing initiatives.
