Our client is seeking a skilled Sales Strategy & Operations Manager / RevOps Lead with strong revenue operations, sales analytics, and process-building experience to join their growing team. You will play a key role in establishing their new LATAM Revenue Operations function, building scalable processes, improving sales execution, and eventually developing a high-performing regional team. Your work will directly impact sales productivity, operational visibility, and the foundation of their broader LATAM operation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and establish core Revenue Operations and Sales Operations processes for a new LATAM team, creating scalable workflows rather than simply maintaining existing systems.
  • Partner with sales leadership to improve pipeline management, forecasting, sales performance, territory planning, and overall operational effectiveness.
  • Analyze sales and revenue data to identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for improved productivity and decision-making.
  • Develop dashboards, reporting frameworks, and performance metrics that provide leadership with clear visibility into revenue and sales execution.
  • Evaluate and improve CRM processes, data quality, automation, and operational workflows across the sales organization.
  • Serve as the anchor hire for the LATAM operation and help recruit, onboard, mentor, and develop additional RevOps team members as the function grows.
  • Collaborate closely with U.S.-based stakeholders and other global operations teams while helping create a strong, connected regional team culture.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Sales Strategy, Business Operations, or a closely related function. (Assumption based on the seniority of the role.)
  • Strong analytical skills with demonstrated experience translating commercial data into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems and sales technology, ideally including Salesforce or a comparable enterprise CRM. (Specific technology stack to be confirmed.)
  • Demonstrated ability to create processes, operating rhythms, reporting, and scalable systems in an ambiguous or rapidly growing environment.
  • Strong professional English communication skills, including the ability to work directly with senior U.S.-based stakeholders.
  • High level of ownership, initiative, and execution capacity, with a track record of independently driving complex projects to completion.
  • Leadership potential or prior experience mentoring, managing, or developing junior operations professionals.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience building a Revenue Operations or Sales Operations function from an early stage.
  • Experience working within a high-growth technology, SaaS, fintech, or similarly data-driven commercial environment.
  • Advanced proficiency with analytical and reporting tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, Tableau, Looker, or similar platforms.
  • Experience supporting U.S.-based sales organizations from Latin America.
  • Valid U.S. visa and willingness to travel periodically for meetings or training; this is a strong preference but not a requirement.
  • Interest in occasional in-person collaboration, including quarterly team meetings or future coworking/office arrangements.
  • Strong career ambition and motivation to grow into broader leadership responsibilities as the LATAM organization expands.
