Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Coupa Functional Consultant – P2P with strong expertise in Coupa Procure-to-Pay and Sourcing implementations. You will play a key role in delivering a major procurement technology initiative, working closely with business and IT stakeholders to design, configure, test, and deploy Coupa solutions. Your expertise will directly support the optimization of their procurement processes and ensure the solution meets Brazil-specific business, tax, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead functional activities across the full Coupa P2P implementation lifecycle, from requirements gathering and solution design through configuration, testing, training, and deployment.
• Configure Coupa P2P workflows, approval processes, business rules, and procurement functionality based on business requirements.
• Partner with Procurement, Finance, IT, and other stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into scalable Coupa solutions.
• Support Brazil-specific localization, ensuring Coupa processes align with applicable tax, invoicing, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with technical teams on Coupa integrations with SAP and/or JDE, including requirements, testing, and issue resolution.
• Facilitate discovery sessions, workshops, user acceptance testing, and training with business stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve indirect procurement and Procure-to-Pay processes, efficiency, compliance, and user experience.

Must-Have Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Coupa P2P and Sourcing implementations.
• Proven experience delivering full lifecycle Coupa implementations, including design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Coupa configuration, workflows, approval rules, and integrations.
• Demonstrated experience with Brazil Coupa localization, including tax, invoicing, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience working with SAP and/or JDE integrations.
• Strong understanding of indirect procurement and Procure-to-Pay processes.
• Fluent Portuguese and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with business and technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Coupa certification in P2P or Sourcing.
• Experience supporting large-scale enterprise procurement transformation projects.
• Strong workshop facilitation, requirements gathering, and stakeholder management skills.

Additional Details

• Initial contract through August 31, 2027.
• The role is based in São Paulo with flexibility to work remotely during certain project phases.
• The consultant should be available for onsite participation during key phases such as discovery, workshops, and training. Remote work may be possible during the build phase depending on project needs.
• The client will provide the necessary equipment.
• Candidates must successfully complete an extensive background check.
