We are seeking a skilled Account Executive / Business Development Executive with experience partnering with U.S.-based clients to join our growing team. You will play a key role in driving outbound business development efforts, generating qualified opportunities, and building relationships with prospective clients. Your work will directly impact pipeline growth by securing high-quality meetings for the Managing Director to lead and close.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage prospective U.S.-based clients through outbound outreach, networking, referrals, and strategic prospecting.
  • Build and manage targeted prospect lists aligned with the company’s ideal customer profile and go-to-market strategy.
  • Conduct cold outreach via email, LinkedIn, phone calls, and other channels to generate qualified business opportunities.
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the Managing Director with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
  • Maintain consistent follow-up communication with prospects to nurture interest and move opportunities through the pipeline.
  • Collaborate with leadership to refine outreach messaging, positioning, and business development strategies.
  • Track outreach activity, pipeline progress, and meeting performance using CRM and sales engagement tools.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Proven experience in business development, sales development, account executive, or lead generation roles targeting U.S. clients.
  • Strong experience booking meetings and generating qualified opportunities for senior sales leadership.
  • Experience building and executing outbound go-to-market or prospecting strategies.
  • Fluent English communication skills with excellent verbal and written presentation abilities.
  • Confidence engaging senior-level stakeholders and decision-makers in the U.S. market.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Based in Bogotá.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience within the nearshoring industry.
  • Experience in recruitment, staffing, or talent acquisition services.
  • Familiarity with CRM and outbound sales tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar platforms.
  • Existing network or prior experience working with U.S.-based companies and executives.
  • Experience supporting founder-led or executive-led sales processes is a plus.
