We are seeking a skilled Growth & Revenue Operations Manager with experience in outbound prospecting, business development, CRM management, and commercial operations to join client`s growing team. You will play a key role in building a repeatable pipeline generation process, creating new business opportunities, and ensuring the commercial side of the business operates efficiently. Your work will directly impact revenue growth, sales performance, and the scalability of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute outbound prospecting campaigns through LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email outreach, referral channels, and strategic partnerships.
  • Research, identify, and qualify prospective clients, agencies, partners, and referral sources.
  • Build and maintain targeted prospect lists and outreach sequences to consistently generate qualified opportunities.
  • Manage and maintain CRM systems, ensuring accurate pipeline tracking, forecasting, reporting, and data hygiene.
  • Own lead follow-up processes, ensuring inbound and outbound opportunities are tracked and advanced appropriately.
  • Coordinate meetings, discovery calls, site tours, and commercial follow-ups with prospects and partners.
  • Support proposal preparation, sales documentation, and partnership outreach initiatives.
  • Create and optimize email automation, lead nurturing, and outbound sales workflows.
  • Monitor pipeline activity and ensure opportunities progress efficiently through the sales cycle.
  • Track key growth and revenue metrics, providing reporting and recommendations to improve performance and conversion rates.
  • Act as the operational backbone of the commercial team, ensuring priorities are executed and nothing falls through the cracks.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in business development, sales operations, revenue operations, lead generation, growth, or a related commercial role.
  • Proven experience generating qualified opportunities through outbound prospecting and relationship-building.
  • Strong experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator for prospect research and outreach.
  • Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, or similar systems.
  • Experience building and managing outbound email campaigns, automation workflows, and prospecting sequences.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain consistent follow-through in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Highly proactive, resourceful, and results-oriented with a strong commercial mindset.
  • Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of growth-related initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting U.S.-based companies or clients.
  • Experience managing partnerships, referral programs, or agency relationships.
  • Experience with tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Instantly, Apollo, HubSpot, Clay, Dripify, or similar sales technology platforms.
  • Familiarity with reporting dashboards, sales analytics, and revenue forecasting.
  • Experience working in hospitality, events, professional services, commercial real estate, or relationship-driven industries.
  • Startup or entrepreneurial experience with a track record of building systems and processes from the ground up.
