We are seeking a skilled Lead Full Stack Engineer with deep expertise in ASP.NET, React, and Microsoft Azure to join our growing team. You will play a key role in leading enterprise application development while ensuring production stability and performance. Your work will directly impact system reliability, scalability, and the success of critical retail platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and maintain critical production systems, ensuring high availability and performance
  • Provide L3/L4 support, resolve incidents, and conduct root cause analysis (RCA) with permanent fixes
  • Develop and maintain backend (ASP.NET C# / .NET Core) and frontend (React) applications
  • Write clean, scalable, and testable code while enforcing coding standards through code reviews
  • Optimize SQL Server queries, indexing, and overall database performance
  • Lead architecture discussions and guide technical decision-making across teams
  • Collaborate with DevOps, Product, and Infrastructure teams to improve CI/CD pipelines and system observability

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in full-stack software development
  • Strong expertise in ASP.NET C# (.NET Core) and modern React frameworks
  • Advanced experience with SQL Server, including performance tuning and query optimization
  • Proven experience supporting production systems, including incident management and stability improvements
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure cloud environments
  • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and authentication/authorization
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps or similar) and advanced debugging skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Angular
  • Exposure to Snowflake or data warehousing solutions
  • Background in retail or enterprise-scale systems
  • Experience with data-driven architectures or AI-powered solutions
  • Experience working with distributed or global teams
