Role Overview
We are seeking a hands-on (Senior) AI Product Manager with B2B SaaS or Heathcare experience for a healthcare compliance SaaS platform serving SMB and mid-market organizations.
In this role, you will be responsible for productizing AI capabilities that transform structured compliance data into clear, trustworthy, executive-ready insights — including summaries, progress narratives, trend explanations, and risk posture statements.
You will play a key role in defining what AI should say, how it should say it, and who it should say it to, ensuring outputs are accurate, understandable, and trusted by customers operating in regulated environments.

Key Responsibilities:
AI Productization & Insights

• Lead the productization of AI-powered features that convert structured product data into meaningful outputs such as:
• Executive summaries
• Progress and trend narratives
• Risk posture statements
• Compliance insights and recommendations
• Define how AI outputs should be structured for different users (e.g., executives, operators, compliance managers).
• Own the quality, clarity, tone, and usefulness of AI-generated content — ensuring outputs are understandable, trustworthy, and actionable.
• Partner closely with engineering to translate AI capabilities into reliable, production-ready product features, not experiments.
• Help define guardrails and expectations for AI behavior in a regulated, healthcare-adjacent environment.
• Iterate on AI outputs based on internal testing, customer feedback, and real-world usage, continuously improving usefulness and trust.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate daily with Product Director, Chief Product Officer, Head of UX, and Director of Product Content to review and refine AI features, workflows, and product experiences.
• Partner effectively with engineering, understanding system constraints, data availability, and technical tradeoffs.
• Communicate clearly across product leadership and delivery teams, balancing speed with quality.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Demonstrated ability to translate domain data into narratives users can trust, especially for executive or decision-maker audiences.
• Experience as a Product Manager in a B2B SaaS environment or Healthcare
• Proven experience working with senior leaders and executives
• Experience working on AI-powered product features, such as summaries, insights, recommendations, or narrative generation.
• Passion for product-led growth and building intuitive, self-serve software experiences.
• Strong technical fluency and comfort partnering with engineering teams.
• Clear, confident written and verbal communication in English.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience productizing LLM or AI features (not model training, but real user-facing outputs).
• Background in healthcare, compliance, or other regulated SaaS environments.
• Experience collaborating closely with UX and product content teams on in-app education and workflows.
• Familiarity with AI quality evaluation, iteration cycles, and feedback-driven improvement.
