We are seeking a skilled Sales Operations Manager with strong experience in coordinating sales pipelines and service delivery across multiple markets to join our growing team. You will play a key role in aligning sales, delivery, and capacity planning to ensure seamless execution of client projects. Your work will directly impact operational efficiency, revenue realization, and client satisfaction across the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the end-to-end lifecycle from sales handoff to service delivery, ensuring alignment between commercial and operational teams
- Manage pipeline visibility and translate sales forecasts into delivery capacity planning across multiple countries
- Act as the central point of coordination between sales, legal, accounting, and operations teams
- Ensure scopes, timelines, and pricing are aligned before client engagement kickoff
- Monitor project progress, resource allocation, and delivery timelines to prevent bottlenecks
- Maintain CRM (e.g., HubSpot) accuracy for pipeline tracking, forecasting, and reporting
- Drive process improvements to optimize handoffs, delivery workflows, and cross-functional collaboration
Must-Have Qualifications
- 5–10+ years of experience in sales operations, project coordination, or delivery management within professional services
- Proven experience managing pipelines and coordinating multi-country or regional operations
- Strong understanding of how sales funnels translate into operational and delivery capacity
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (sales, finance, legal, operations)
- High proficiency with CRM tools such as HubSpot (or similar) and reporting systems
- Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills in remote, distributed environments
- Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in entity management, corporate services, tax/accounting, or similar industries
- Exposure to LATAM markets and multi-jurisdictional service delivery
- Portuguese language proficiency
- Background in project management methodologies or operations frameworks
- Experience working with high-growth or regionally distributed teams
