Job Title: Head of Technical Operations (Integration & AI)

Location: Remote – Latin America 

Type of Contract: Full-Time | Remote

Salary Range: $3,000 – $4,000 USD/month

We are seeking a skilled Head of Technical Operations with deep expertise in systems integration and AI agent deployment to join our growing team. You will play a key role in installing and activating our AI-Ops Accelerator for functional medicine clinics. Your work will directly impact patient experience, clinic efficiency, and operational scalability by deploying reliable, intelligent infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the "Install" and "Activate" phases of our 90-day AI-Ops deployment protocol for client clinics

  • Configure and deploy AI-powered Triage Assistants (Vapi, Air.ai, GHL) to handle 24/7 patient reception and call routing

  • Build robust integrations between EMRs (e.g., DrChrono, Jane, Practice Better) and GoHighLevel using n8n or Make.com

  • Implement real-time patient data syncing and automated tagging to eliminate manual entry and alert clinicians

  • Deploy automation flows for patient retention, no-show prevention, and care continuity across voice, SMS, and email

  • Troubleshoot integration issues, QA all systems before go-live, and ensure stable performance post-installation

  • Collaborate with the Founder and Client Success team to maintain project timelines and system standards

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Advanced experience with n8n or Make.com, including reading and implementing from EMR API documentation

  • Proven expertise in GoHighLevel (GHL) system automation, workflows, and database structuring

  • Familiarity with AI platforms such as OpenAI API, Vapi, and conversational prompt engineering

  • Strong project execution skills—must be able to deliver fully operational systems within 90-day installs

  • High attention to detail when handling patient data, API keys, and HIPAA-sensitive integrations

  • Ability to follow and create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for repeatable deployments

  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-responsibility startup environments

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in healthcare tech or digital health operations

  • Working knowledge of clinic workflows, intake systems, and medical reception logic

  • Spanish/Portuguese language skills a plus for LATAM-based collaboration
