We are seeking a proactive Marketing Executive with 2–4 years of experience supporting marketing operations and digital initiatives to join our growing team. You will play a key role in assisting the Marketing Manager with campaign execution, SEO efforts, and technology-driven marketing initiatives. Your work will directly impact campaign performance, operational efficiency, and data-driven marketing outcomes across Latin America.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Marketing Manager in executing marketing strategies and day-to-day operations
  • Assist in planning and launching digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels
  • Contribute to SEO initiatives, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and performance tracking
  • Utilize AI and automation tools to improve marketing workflows and campaign efficiency
  • Coordinate with external agencies, freelancers, and service providers as needed
  • Help manage and update marketing content across websites, email campaigns, and social platforms
  • Track campaign performance and prepare reports using tools like Google Analytics and CRM systems

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing, marketing coordination, or similar roles
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of SEO principles and lead generation strategies
  • Familiarity with AI tools and interest in leveraging technology for marketing optimization
  • Experience with digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, email marketing tools, CRM systems)
  • Strong organizational and execution skills with attention to detail
  • Professional proficiency in English and Spanish
  • Ability to work collaboratively while supporting a senior marketing lead

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in B2B environments such as professional services, legal, or consulting firms
  • Exposure to marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo)
  • Basic design skills using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
  • Understanding of content marketing and performance analytics
