Location: Panama City, Panama (On-site, 5 days/week) or Remote – Colombia

We are seeking a proactive Marketing Executive with 2–4 years of experience supporting marketing operations and digital initiatives to join our growing team. You will play a key role in assisting the Marketing Manager with campaign execution, SEO efforts, and technology-driven marketing initiatives. Your work will directly impact campaign performance, operational efficiency, and data-driven marketing outcomes across Latin America.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Marketing Manager in executing marketing strategies and day-to-day operations
- Assist in planning and launching digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- Contribute to SEO initiatives, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and performance tracking
- Utilize AI and automation tools to improve marketing workflows and campaign efficiency
- Coordinate with external agencies, freelancers, and service providers as needed
- Help manage and update marketing content across websites, email campaigns, and social platforms
- Track campaign performance and prepare reports using tools like Google Analytics and CRM systems
Must-Have Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in marketing, marketing coordination, or similar roles
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of SEO principles and lead generation strategies
- Familiarity with AI tools and interest in leveraging technology for marketing optimization
- Experience with digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, email marketing tools, CRM systems)
- Strong organizational and execution skills with attention to detail
- Professional proficiency in English and Spanish
- Ability to work collaboratively while supporting a senior marketing lead
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in B2B environments such as professional services, legal, or consulting firms
- Exposure to marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo)
- Basic design skills using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
- Understanding of content marketing and performance analytics
