We are seeking a skilled AI Agent Engineer with strong experience in AI-driven automation, data enrichment, and CRM integrations to join our growing team. You will play a key role in building intelligent agents that automate lead research, qualification, and outreach while integrating seamlessly with HubSpot and RevOps workflows. Your work will directly impact pipeline quality, MQL velocity, and sales team efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and deploy AI agents for event reconnaissance, organizational research, persona classification, and lead qualification.
  • Automate the full MQL lifecycle, including prospect sourcing, enrichment, scoring, and personalized outbound sequence generation.
  • Design orchestration logic that chains research, enrichment, scoring, and outreach into cohesive AI-driven workflows.
  • Develop data pipelines to ingest, normalize, and enrich lead data from LinkedIn, events, and third-party APIs.
  • Implement scoring frameworks to ensure only persona-qualified and engagement-ready leads are promoted to MQLs.
  • Enforce data quality controls such as deduplication, validation, and compliance checks prior to CRM sync.
  • Build and maintain API-based integrations between AI systems and HubSpot CRM to support lead routing, tracking, and notifications.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in Python for AI agent orchestration, API integrations, and data pipeline development.
  • Solid experience with C# for backend automation and system integrations.
  • Hands-on experience with LLM frameworks such as LangChain, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
  • Proven ability to chain AI tools for research, enrichment, scoring, and outbound messaging.
  • Practical experience integrating with HubSpot CRM, including APIs, workflows, and custom objects.
  • Strong understanding of RevOps concepts such as lead scoring, persona-based qualification, and MQL/SQL handoffs.
  • Experience working with LinkedIn data or automation via APIs, RPA frameworks, or third-party tools.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in B2B SaaS growth engineering, sales automation, or revenue operations.
  • Familiarity with sales intelligence platforms such as ZoomInfo, Apollo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Experience building dashboards or reporting for pipeline visibility, attribution, or funnel performance.
  • Working knowledge of compliance considerations including GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and LinkedIn automation policies.
