We are seeking a skilled Vice President of Operations with deep experience in operational execution, team buildout, and process optimization to join a growing advisory firm as a remote leader based in Latin America. You will play a key role in strengthening execution across the business, building scalable systems, and removing friction so advisors can focus on closing deals. Your work will directly impact efficiency, growth leverage, and the firms ability to scale successfully.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Run day-to-day operations of the firm, ensuring smooth execution across all active engagements
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and implement scalable, practical solutions
  • Build systems and workflows that reduce reliance on manual processes
  • Partner closely with the CEO and leadership team to maintain accountability and execution rigor
  • Identify, evaluate, and implement AI tools to improve speed, accuracy, and efficiency across operations, business development, and reporting
  • Build and manage a scalable administrative and support team, including offshore resources
  • Establish clear roles, workflows, performance standards, and training programs for support teams
  • Build and lead the business development team, operationalizing inbound and outbound sourcing processes
  • Optimize and enforce HubSpot usage as the firms system of record, including workflows, reporting, and data hygiene
  • Oversee operational support for live deals, ensuring clean execution across NDAs, data rooms, diligence, and buyer workflows

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • 7–15 years of experience in operations, revenue operations, or business management
  • Proven experience managing teams with direct reports
  • Strong background building and scaling administrative, support, or business development teams
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot or CRM-driven operational workflows
  • Demonstrated ability to design systems and processes rather than follow rigid SOPs
  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and execution skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate effectively with U.S.-based stakeholders across time zones

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in M&A, investment banking, financial services, or advisory environments desirable or a background in professional services organizations
  • Experience implementing AI tools within operational or revenue workflows
  • Experience working remotely with U.S.-based leadership teams
  • Ability to operate with high autonomy in a distributed, asynchronous environment
