Job Title: Sales Recruiter (U.S. Sales Talent)

Location: Remote – Latin America Preferred

Type of Contract: Full-Time

Salary Range: $1,000 USD per month, full employment contract

Language Requirements: Advanced English (Fluent Spoken and Written)

We are seeking a skilled Sales Recruiter with experience sourcing U.S.-based sales professionals to support our growing sales team. You will play a key role in identifying, engaging, and scheduling interviews with top-tier sales candidates. Your work will directly impact our ability to scale effectively and maintain a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and recruit U.S.-based sales professionals

• Manage and track candidate pipelines using LinkedIn and internal tools

• Set up interviews and appointments for hiring managers

• Collaborate with leadership to understand hiring needs and priorities

• Maintain up-to-date records of recruitment activity

• Support candidate communications and follow-ups

• Work full-time (40 hours/week) with flexibility to adapt to U.S. time zones

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 1+ year of experience recruiting for U.S.-based roles (ideally sales)

• Strong sourcing skills on platforms like LinkedIn

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and manage priorities

• Comfortable conducting phone screenings or outreach

• Fluent English (spoken and written)

• Tech-savvy; familiarity with ATS tools is a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience recruiting remotely from Latin America

• Familiarity with sales team structures or commission-based hiring
