Job Title: Sales Recruiter (U.S. Sales Talent)
Location: Remote – Latin America Preferred
Type of Contract: Full-Time
Salary Range: $1,000 USD per month, full employment contract

We are seeking a skilled Sales Recruiter with experience sourcing U.S.-based sales professionals to support our growing sales team. You will play a key role in identifying, engaging, and scheduling interviews with top-tier sales candidates. Your work will directly impact our ability to scale effectively and maintain a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:

Source, screen, and recruit U.S.-based sales professionals

Manage and track candidate pipelines using LinkedIn and internal tools

Set up interviews and appointments for hiring managers

Collaborate with leadership to understand hiring needs and priorities

Maintain up-to-date records of recruitment activity

Support candidate communications and follow-ups

Work full-time (40 hours/week) with flexibility to adapt to U.S. time zones
Must-Have Qualifications:

1+ year of experience recruiting for U.S.-based roles (ideally sales)

Strong sourcing skills on platforms like LinkedIn

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and manage priorities

Comfortable conducting phone screenings or outreach

Fluent English (spoken and written)

Tech-savvy; familiarity with ATS tools is a plus
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience recruiting remotely from Latin America

Familiarity with sales team structures or commission-based hiring
