We are seeking a skilled Technical Project Manager with experience leading software delivery in startup environments to join our growing team. You will play a key role in coordinating cross-functional software projects, driving sprint execution, and maintaining operational visibility across teams. Your work will directly impact delivery consistency, team accountability, and execution speed across SaaS and B2B healthcare products.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple concurrent software projects across web, backend, automation, database, and mobile development teams.
• Lead sprint planning, standups, backlog management, and delivery tracking to maintain predictable execution cycles.
• Write project specifications, organize technical requirements, and help prioritize roadmaps, timelines, and delivery milestones.
• Communicate directly with clients, engineers, designers, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and clear expectations.
• Identify project blockers, delivery risks, and execution gaps while proactively driving resolution and accountability.
• Manage workflows, sprint organization, and project visibility using ClickUp and sprint-based operational processes.
• Collaborate closely with the Tech Lead and engineering team to maintain quality delivery, efficient execution, and continuous process improvement.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Proven experience managing software development projects within startup or fast-paced technical environments.
• Experience coordinating small technical teams across multiple concurrent projects.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities, shifting timelines, and cross-functional delivery demands.
• Strong ownership mindset with a hands-on, execution-driven approach to project management.
• Solid understanding of software development fundamentals and the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
• Professional English communication skills and availability to work with U.S. timezone overlap.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within SaaS or B2B product environments.
• Background in technical product delivery and software implementation projects.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, sprint planning, and iterative delivery workflows.
• Experience operating in lean, fast-moving startup organizations with high ownership expectations.
• Familiarity with project management and workflow tools such as ClickUp.
