About the Role

We're hiring a motivated and experienced Business Development Representative (BDR) to help drive growth for a leading healthcare SaaS company. This is a fully remote role focused on outreach, qualification, and booking meetings for Account Executives.

As a BDR, you'll be on the front lines engaging prospects via email, phone, and social platforms to build relationships and qualify leads. You'll thrive if you're tech-savvy, results-driven, and love initiating conversations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospecting: Engage new leads via email, phone, and social media
  • Lead Qualification: Research and assess leads to ensure alignment with ideal customer profiles
  • Pipeline Development: Maintain an active pipeline of qualified prospects
  • Meeting Booking: Set up discovery calls and demos for Account Executives
  • Market Research: Stay updated on SaaS and healthcare compliance trends
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing to align messaging and strategy
  • CRM Management: Keep accurate, up-to-date records in CRM platforms

What Were Looking For

  • 2+ years in sales, business development, or client-facing roles (preferably SaaS)
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Comfortable using CRM platforms like HubSpot or Salesforce
  • Familiar with lead-gen tools such as Apollo.io, Outreach.io, or ZoomInfo
  • Experience with objection handling and value-based selling is a plus
  • Proactive, organized, and hungry to hit and exceed KPIs

Ideal Candidate

  • Based in Latin America with a strong internet connection
  • Has previous experience working with US-based clients or SaaS companies
  • Can work independently and manage a high volume of outreach
  • Enjoys a fast-paced startup environment and is comfortable adapting to change
