Salary Range: $1,000 to $1,200 USD/Month (No comissions)

We are helping a US Recruitment Agency looking for a Talent Sourcer with experience supporting manufacturing and construction recruitment to join our growing team at Talent ACQ. You will play a key role in executing outbound sourcing strategies and conducting candidate pre-screenings for U.S.-based clients. Your work will directly impact the speed and quality of hires for high-demand, hard-to-fill roles.
Key Responsibilities

Execute outbound sourcing strategies for manufacturing and construction roles using LinkedIn, job boards, and other sourcing tools

Identify, engage, and build pipelines of qualified candidates for U.S.-based clients

Conduct initial candidate outreach and manage follow-ups professionally in English

Perform pre-screening interviews to assess skills, experience, and fit

Document candidate information accurately in the ATS or CRM

Collaborate with recruiters to align sourcing efforts with open requisitions

Maintain consistent activity and sourcing metrics in a remote environment
Must-Have Qualifications

Based in Colombia with the ability to work remotely as a contractor

Proven experience as a Sourcer or Recruiter

Strong outbound sourcing and cold outreach experience

Advanced English proficiency, especially for verbal pre-screening calls

Experience conducting candidate pre-screen interviews

Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and/or similar sourcing tools

Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working with U.S. time zones
Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with U.S.-based recruitment agencies

Familiarity with ATS platforms (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse, or similar)

Understanding of U.S. hiring practices for blue-collar and skilled trades roles
