We are seeking a skilled Senior Full-Stack Engineer with deep expertise in backend systems and high-concurrency transactional architecture to join our growing team. You will play a key role in architecting and scaling mission-critical APIs, distributed systems, and financial transaction engines. Your work will directly impact system reliability, data integrity, and the performance of our digital and financial products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect, develop, and maintain high-performance APIs and transactional systems using Java and GoLang.
• Build and optimize backend services leveraging Scala for large-scale data processing and validation workflows.
• Implement and manage server-side applications using Spring Boot, Django, FastAPI, and NestJS.
• Design and optimize complex database schemas, queries, and stored procedures across Oracle PL/SQL, SQL Server, and PostgreSQL environments.
• Ensure strict transactional consistency, data validation, and integrity across distributed systems.
• Develop and integrate responsive web applications using React, Angular, or Vue, and support mobile interfaces with Flutter and React Native.
• Manage cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and GCP using Terraform and CloudFormation, and lead CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or CircleCI.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 8+ years of professional experience in backend development with Java (J2EE/Spring) and 6+ years of hands-on GoLang experience.
• Proven experience building high-concurrency, parallel transaction systems in financial or high-volume environments.
• Advanced proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and modern frontend frameworks.
• Deep understanding of relational databases, ORM tools (Hibernate, SQLAlchemy, Prisma), and distributed system architecture.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), containerization, automated testing frameworks (Jest, Playwright), and Linux server administration (Apache, Nginx).
• Degree in Computing Systems Engineering or related technical field.

Nice to have Qualifications:

• Prior experience in fintech, digital payments, or high-transaction environments.
• Demonstrated leadership in DevOps transformation and infrastructure automation initiatives.
