What You'll Do (in future roles):

As a Back End Developer within our network, you can anticipate:

• Designing, developing, and maintaining robust, scalable, and efficient server-side logic.
• Building and optimizing APIs for seamless integration with front-end applications and other services.
• Working with databases (both relational and NoSQL) to ensure data integrity and performance.
• Collaborating with front-end developers and other team members to deliver comprehensive solutions.
• Writing clean, well-documented, and testable code.
• Troubleshooting and resolving back-end performance and scalability issues.
• Staying current with the latest back-end technologies and best practices.
• Contributing to the architecture and design of our systems.

What You'll Bring (ideal qualifications):

• Proven experience as a Back End Developer.
• Strong proficiency in one or more back-end programming languages such as Java, .NET (C#), Python, Ruby on Rails, PHP, Node.js, or other relevant languages.
• Deep understanding of server-side frameworks relevant to your chosen language(s) (e.g., Spring, ASP.NET Core, Django/Flask, Rails, Laravel, Express.js).
• Solid experience with databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, MongoDB, Cassandra).
• Experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Understanding of software development principles and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• A collaborative and proactive approach.

Bonus Points For:

• Experience with message queues (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ).
• Knowledge of caching mechanisms (e.g., Redis, Memcached).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
