React Native Developer / Dev Lead (Full-Time)

About the Role:
This is a hybrid position for a strong React Native developer with leadership potential. If you have a strong personality, proven app experience, and can own technical decisions and mentor other developers, you may be considered for the Dev Lead role.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of React Native experience with production-level apps

• Proven experience in shipping high-quality mobile apps

• Strong TypeScript skills

• Live coding test required

• Strong communicator with the ability to lead and mentor others

• Comfortable making architecture and technology decisions

Bonus:

• Backend exposure (especially with AWS Amplify Gen 2 or CDK)

• Prior experience as a team lead or technical lead
