Human Resources Manager & Office Manager

A growing international team is seeking a proactive, people-focused Human Resources & Office Manager to support HR operations and employee experience efforts. This role is key in ensuring the right people are hired, onboarded effectively, and supported throughout their journey. You'll collaborate closely with global HR representatives and department leaders to help foster a high-performance, engaged workplace culture.

Please note the salary range for this position is between $2,000 - $3,000 USD/month on an employment contract.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Hiring

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle: job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and psychometric testing.

  • Maintain timely, professional communication with candidates throughout the process.

  • Assist in creating interview scorecards and guiding hiring managers toward strong, culturally aligned decisions.

Onboarding & Employee Integration

  • Coordinate onboarding processes including orientations, documentation, welcome materials, and tool setup.

  • Develop onboarding plans with team leads and follow up monthly with new hires during their first 36 months.

HR Administration & Compliance

  • Support employment contracts and compliance with labor and social security regulations.

  • Track key dates: contract renewals, vacations, anniversaries, and leaves.

  • Maintain accurate employee records and assist with letters, documentation, and disciplinary records.

  • Collaborate with departments to establish KPIs and global health/wellness benefits.

HR Communication & Culture

  • Act as a bridge between HR and department leaders to ensure smooth communication around processes and team updates.

  • Monitor employee feedback and support a positive workplace culture.

  • Organize internal recognition initiatives and communication strategies to drive engagement and transparency.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in a Human Resources Manager or similar role.

  • Education: Degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.

  • Technical Skills:

    • Experience with psychometric testing.

    • Strong understanding of labor laws and HR compliance.

    • Proficiency with HR systems (Odoo, Payday, and SIPE experience is a plus).

  • Languages: Fluent in Spanish and English.
