Job Title: Revenue Operations (RevOps) Specialist

Location: Remote – Mexico or Colombia Preferred

Type of Contract: Independent Contractor (Full-Time)

Salary Range: $3,750 – $4,400 USD Monthly

We are seeking a skilled RevOps Specialist with strong experience in sales operations, CRM management, and data analysis to join our growing team. You will play a key role in optimizing sales processes, improving data accuracy, and supporting cross-functional alignment. Your work will directly impact revenue growth, operational efficiency, and strategic decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze sales activity, pipeline health, and conversion metrics to generate actionable insights for leadership
  • Monitor revenue projections and performance trends to support strategic planning
  • Identify and implement improvements in sales processes, workflows, and systems
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reporting tools for sales teams
  • Manage and optimize CRM systems (HubSpot preferred), ensuring data accuracy and adoption
  • Support sales enablement through documentation, SOPs, and onboarding/training initiatives
  • Assist with territory planning, quota setting, and commission calculations

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or sales support roles
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot
  • Strong ability to build dashboards and translate data into actionable insights
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
  • Experience improving processes and driving operational efficiency
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to work independently

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams including Finance and Marketing
  • Familiarity with sales compensation planning and commission reporting
  • Experience supporting fast-paced or high-growth sales environments
