Salary Range: USD $1,500–$2,500/month base salary + uncapped quarterly commission

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Development Specialist with experience in industrial B2B sales and business development to join our growing Commercial Development team. You will play a key role in expanding customer relationships, reactivating dormant accounts, and generating new business opportunities through proactive outbound sales efforts. Your work will directly impact revenue growth, customer retention, and the expansion of the company presence across North and Latin America.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop new business opportunities by proactively engaging existing, dormant, and prospective industrial customers through phone, email, LinkedIn, and virtual meetings.
  • Conduct discovery meetings to understand customer needs, identify pain points, and qualify sales opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers throughout the customer buying journey.
  • Present quotations and manage commercial follow-up to move opportunities through the sales pipeline.
  • Coordinate with Application Engineering, Service, and Sales Fulfillment (KAS) teams to deliver effective technical solutions.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, sales activities, and opportunity pipelines within HubSpot CRM.
  • Partner with the Marketing team to follow up on leads and support campaign initiatives while consistently achieving outbound activity and pipeline development goals.
Must-Have Qualifications
  • Experience in industrial B2B sales, business development, or commercial relationship management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Strong relationship-building, communication, and consultative selling skills.
  • Comfortable conducting proactive outbound prospecting and customer outreach on a daily basis.
  • Highly organized with excellent CRM management and pipeline discipline.
  • Near-native English proficiency and professional Spanish communication skills.
  • Experience using or willingness to learn HubSpot CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Gemini Pro, and Microsoft 365.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting customers in the mining, aggregates, pulp & paper, sugar, or other industrial manufacturing sectors.
  • Experience managing long sales cycles and consultative B2B sales processes.
  • Ability to confidently conduct customer presentations, commercial negotiations, and virtual discovery meetings across Canada, the United States, and Latin America.
  • Self-motivated professional who thrives in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
  • Strong commercial mindset with a passion for developing long-term customer relationships.
