We are seeking a skilled LLM Engineer (Microsoft Copilot Studio Specialist) with strong experience in Generative AI and the Microsoft Power Platform to join our growing team. You will play a key role in designing, building, and deploying enterprise-grade AI assistants using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure AI services. Your work will directly impact how the organization automates workflows, interacts with data, and delivers AI-driven insights across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and deploy end-to-end conversational agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio, including multi-turn conversations, topic orchestration, and entity extraction.
  • Architect and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions grounded in enterprise data sources such as SharePoint, Dataverse, and SQL while enforcing security and access controls.
  • Integrate Copilots with internal and external systems using Power Automate, APIs, and connectors to enable action-based AI workflows.
  • Develop, test, and optimize system and user prompts to ensure accurate, safe, and context-aware LLM responses.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and improve Copilot performance using analytics, user feedback, and structured testing to reduce hallucinations and failure modes.
  • Build and manage Power Platform plugins, AI prompts, and extensions across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in AI engineering or software engineering, with hands-on experience working with LLM-based solutions.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
  • Experience using Azure OpenAI Service, including model deployment, API usage, and governance.
  • Solid understanding of LLM concepts, prompt engineering, token management, and Responsible AI principles.
  • Proficiency in Python or JavaScript for custom logic, integrations, and API development.
  • Experience working with vector databases, embeddings, or AI search/indexing strategies.
  • Ability to translate ambiguous business requirements into structured AI-powered workflows.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Microsoft certifications such as PL-200, PL-100, or AI-102.
  • Experience with Azure AI Studio for model evaluation, tuning, or experimentation.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Copilot extensibility and enterprise deployment patterns.
  • Background in integrating AI solutions within regulated or security-conscious environments.
