Salary Range: $900 - $1,100 USD/month

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative with experience in outbound patient coordination to join our growing team. You will play a key role in contacting patients for dental cleanings and managing appointment scheduling. Your work will directly impact patient retention and overall satisfaction at JJ Dental.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make 60+ outbound calls per day to patients due or overdue for dental hygiene appointments using Dentrix Ascend

• Schedule appointments directly in the practice management system

• Follow up on patient callback requests within 24 hours

• Maintain accurate logs of call activity, appointments scheduled, and call outcomes

• Achieve daily and weekly productivity goals, maintaining detailed reports

• Coordinate effectively with office staff via Google Chat for same-day updates

• Represent the practice professionally and empathetically to enhance patient relationships

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a dental, medical, or call center environment (dental experience preferred)

• Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills

• Proficiency with Dentrix Ascend or similar dental software, and Google Workspace tools

• Self-motivated and capable of working independently

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Goal-oriented and dependable with attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior dental office experience, especially in patient coordination or scheduling
