We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative with experience in outbound patient coordination to join our growing team. You will play a key role in contacting patients for dental cleanings and managing appointment scheduling. Your work will directly impact patient retention and overall satisfaction at JJ Dental.
Key Responsibilities:

Make 60+ outbound calls per day to patients due or overdue for dental hygiene appointments using Dentrix Ascend

Schedule appointments directly in the practice management system

Follow up on patient callback requests within 24 hours

Maintain accurate logs of call activity, appointments scheduled, and call outcomes

Achieve daily and weekly productivity goals, maintaining detailed reports

Coordinate effectively with office staff via Google Chat for same-day updates

Represent the practice professionally and empathetically to enhance patient relationships
Must-Have Qualifications:

Previous experience in a dental, medical, or call center environment (dental experience preferred)

Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills

Proficiency with Dentrix Ascend or similar dental software, and Google Workspace tools

Self-motivated and capable of working independently

Strong organizational and time management skills

Goal-oriented and dependable with attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:

Prior dental office experience, especially in patient coordination or scheduling
