We are seeking a skilled Chief of Staff with experience supporting founders in professional services environments to join our growing team. You will play a key role in driving operational execution, managing high-impact initiatives, and acting as a strategic partner to leadership. Your work will directly impact business efficiency, client acquisition, and overall firm growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage executive calendars, scheduling client meetings, internal syncs, and strategic priorities proactively
  • Execute outbound prospecting initiatives, including data enrichment, email outreach, and response tracking
  • Maintain CRM and pipeline hygiene, ensuring accurate reporting on deal flow, bottlenecks, and opportunities
  • Oversee hiring operations, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and process management
  • Lead project management across internal initiatives such as website updates, lead generation, and operational improvements
  • Coordinate cross-functional workstreams, ensuring timelines are met and stakeholders remain aligned
  • Support founders with day-to-day operational, administrative, and strategic tasks

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Chief of Staff, Executive Assistant, or similar role supporting founders or executives
  • Background in professional services, accounting, finance, or consulting environments
  • Experience executing outbound email campaigns and engaging prospective clients
  • Strong familiarity with CRM systems and pipeline management processes
  • Proficiency with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar productivity platforms
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • High level of discretion, judgment, and trustworthiness when handling sensitive information

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in outsourced accounting, finance, or fractional CFO environments
  • Familiarity with recruiting and talent operations in a growing company
  • Strong project management experience across multiple concurrent initiatives
  • Experience working in fast-paced, founder-led organizations with evolving priorities
