Job Title: Head of Revenue Operations

Salary Range: $50,000 - $70,000 per annum

We are seeking a skilled Head of Revenue Operations with deep experience in building and scaling revenue operations to join our growing team. You will play a key role in designing the operational foundation that enables predictable, data-driven growth across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance. Your work will directly impact forecasting accuracy, go-to-market efficiency, and executive decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and own a scalable end-to-end revenue operations framework supporting current growth and future expansion
- Establish operating rhythms, planning processes, and governance across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance
- Act as a strategic partner to executive leadership by delivering clear insights into revenue performance, risks, and opportunities
- Hire, mentor, and lead a high-performing revenue operations team across sales, marketing, and customer experience operations
- Build and maintain forecasting models, dashboards, and KPI frameworks across the full customer lifecycle
- Partner with GTM leaders to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements that increase efficiency and scalability
- Own and optimize the revenue technology stack, including CRM, marketing automation, and customer success tools (e.g., HubSpot)
Must-Have Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a closely related field
- 5+ years of experience building and leading teams, including hiring, mentoring, and performance management
- Proven track record of designing and scaling revenue operations frameworks in a growing organization
- Deep expertise in forecasting, KPI design, dashboards, and revenue analytics
- Hands-on experience owning and optimizing CRM and go-to-market systems
- Strong strategic mindset with the ability to balance big-picture thinking and detailed execution
- Ability to influence and partner effectively with senior leaders across multiple functions
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with HubSpot for marketing, sales, and customer success operations
- Strong process documentation skills using tools such as Confluence
- Background supporting SaaS or related go-to-market teams
- Experience working in mission-driven or compliance-focused environments
