We are seeking a skilled Senior Product Designer with deep expertise in end-to-end product design for mobile and web platforms. You will play a key role in driving the user experience strategy and delivering high-impact, scalable design solutions. Your work will directly shape the usability, consistency, and growth of our rapidly evolving digital fitness platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full product design lifecycle—from discovery and research to polished UI—across mobile and web experiences

• Solve complex user challenges with intuitive, elegant, and scalable design solutions

• Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals in Figma with attention to system consistency

• Own and advance the product design system, ensuring cross-platform alignment and visual integrity

• Partner strategically with product, engineering, and leadership teams to align design with business objectives

• Use data, usability testing, and user feedback to inform and validate design decisions

• Present and advocate for design direction and decisions across cross-functional teams and stakeholders

Must-Have Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product design, with a focus on digital products and fast-paced environments

• Mastery of Figma, including building and maintaining design systems and prototyping complex interactions

• Strong command of UX and UI design for iOS, Android, and responsive web applications

• Proven track record of delivering end-to-end product design solutions from concept to implementation

• Solid understanding of interaction design, accessibility, and responsive design principles

• Experience leading design initiatives independently and mentoring junior designers

• Exceptional communication skills and a portfolio that demonstrates strategic product thinking and execution

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience conducting user research and usability testing

• Familiarity with motion design or micro-interactions

• Passion or background in fitness, health, or wellness technology
