Salary Range: $1,800 – $2,300 USD/month (depending on experience and employment structure)

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Administrator / RevOps Specialist with hands-on Salesforce administration experience and a strong operational mindset to join our client`s growing Revenue Operations team. You will play a key role in maintaining and optimizing our Salesforce environment, supporting internal analytics initiatives, and ensuring the integrity of critical revenue data. Your work will directly impact reporting accuracy, operational efficiency, and the scalability of our go-to-market organization.
This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career Salesforce professional who wants to deepen their Revenue Operations expertise while working closely with an experienced RevOps leader in a fast-growing B2B SaaS environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain Salesforce, including custom fields, objects, page layouts, validation rules, flows, and permission sets.
- Manage user setup, profiles, roles, permissions, and role hierarchy within Salesforce.
- Build, maintain, and optimize reports and dashboards for Revenue Operations, Sales, and leadership stakeholders.
- Support data hygiene initiatives, including deduplication, standardization, validation, and CRM cleanup projects.
- Write and execute SOQL queries to extract, validate, and analyze Salesforce data.
- Troubleshoot Salesforce issues, identify process inefficiencies, and implement practical solutions.
- Document system configurations, workflows, and operational processes.
- Partner closely with the RevOps Systems Manager to support internal analytics and revenue operations initiatives.
- Assist with process improvements and system enhancements that improve data quality and operational efficiency.
- Help ensure Salesforce remains the system of record for customer, pipeline, and revenue data.
Must-Have Qualifications
- 1–3 years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience.
- Strong Salesforce configuration skills, including Flows, Validation Rules, Permission Sets, Page Layouts, and Object Management.
- Experience building Salesforce reports and dashboards.
- Working knowledge of SOQL, SQL, or similar database query languages.
- Strong understanding of CRM data management and data quality best practices.
- Ability to work independently and solve problems with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent written English communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage priorities and consistently execute assigned work.
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Administrator Certification.
- Experience supporting Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Operations teams.
- Exposure to B2B SaaS business models and go-to-market organizations.
- Familiarity with CPQ platforms, billing systems, sales engagement tools, or related RevOps technology.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations, automation tools, or data synchronization platforms.
- Interest in analytics, reporting, and operational process improvement.
