About the Role
Were seeking multiple Workday-certified professionals in Brazil to support ongoing projects involving production support, enhancements, and system optimization. Youll work with global teams to manage and improve HR and finance operations within the Workday ecosystem.
This opportunity is ideal for experienced Workday experts who thrive in hybrid functional and technical roles, understand HR/Finance processes, and enjoy solving complex system challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document business and functional requirements.
• Configure, test, and optimize Workday modules (HCM, Payroll, Finance, etc.).
• Perform data analysis and troubleshooting across live environments.
• Support release management, agile planning, and enhancement projects.
• Review test cases, maintain documentation, and manage change requests.
• Partner with business stakeholders and global teams to ensure stable operations.

Specialization Tracks
Youll be assigned based on experience and project needs:
1. Production Support
 Focus on day-to-day Workday operations, issue resolution, and system stability.
2. Enhancements and Continuous Improvement
 Lead configuration and implementation of new features or modules.
3. Project Management / Business Analysis
 Coordinate releases, manage agile ceremonies, and align deliverables across teams.
4. FLEX Support (Seasonal Coverage)
 Provide extra capacity during peak cycles such as open enrollment or new module rollouts.Qualifications

• Workday certification (Core HCM, Finance, or Payroll preferred).
• 5+ years of Workday implementation or support experience.
• Solid understanding of HR, Finance, and Payroll processes.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent English and Portuguese communication.
• Experience working in agile or global project environments.
