Salary Range: 4,000 USD/month

We are seeking a skilled Accounting Manager with strong experience in financial reporting, reconciliations, and process improvement to join our growing team at Compliancy Group. You will play a key role in overseeing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance across financial systems, and providing insights that support strategic business decisions. Your work will directly impact the company's financial health and operational efficiency

Key Responsibilities.

• Oversee all aspects of accounting operations, including general ledger management, bank and balance sheet reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Perform and review monthly reconciliations to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data.
• Manage accounts payable processes, including vendor invoicing, approvals, and timely payments.
• Support accounts receivable functions such as billing, collections, and payment applicatios.
• Prepare adjusting journal entries, supporting documentation, and monthly financial statements.
• Assist in cash flow monitoring, forecasting, and audit preparation.
• Maintain internal accounting policies and strengthen internal controls for data integrity and compliance.Identify and implement process improvements and automation within accounting workflow

Must-Have Qualifications.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred).
• 3 to 5 years of progressive accounting experience, ideally within small business or SaaS environments.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as MS Dynamics Business Central, QuickBooks Online, or NetSuite.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote work environment.

Preferred Qualifications.

• Experience with process automation or financial system implementation.
• Knowledge of U.S. GAAP and regulatory compliance for SaaS or service-based organizations.
• Prior experience supporting audits and tax filings.
