Key Responsibilities:

  • Orchestrate the delivery of multifaceted projects spanning diverse teams and international time zones.
  • Utilize platforms like Jira and Confluence to structure project timelines, track milestones, and manage interdependencies.
  • Partner closely with AI/ML specialists to steer models through critical stages of validation and launch, including regression and load testing phases.
  • Facilitate system-level planning sessions, ensuring that technical requirements are meticulously documented and aligned.
  • Craft comprehensive reports, visual diagrams, and presentations to transparently share project updates, highlight risks, and propose solutions.
  • Maintain a structured content and knowledge repositoryensuring that SOPs, project documents, and reference materials are current, organized, and readily available.
  • Spearhead initiatives aimed at refining processes, boosting efficiency, and eliminating operational bottlenecks.
  • Foster a culture of alignment and open communication between research, product development, and engineering teams.

Required Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in Operations, Business, Information Systems, or a closely related discipline.
  • Hands-on experience with collaborative platforms like Jira, Slack, Confluence, Microsoft Office Suite, and Miro.
  • Background working in digital infrastructure, deploying AI/ML models, or managing software development workflows.
