Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Generative AI Leadership team to plan, operationalize, and execute the AI vision within the AEC domain
  • Ensure tasks are coordinated, progress is consistently monitored, and stakeholders are kept informed
  • Lead and execute key cross-organizational special projects to ensure alignment with strategic goals
  • Identify, maintain, and grow key partnerships and collaborations with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure strong technical implementation outcomes
  • Champion continuous learning and communication by helping the team build technical and soft skills through knowledge sharing, mentoring, and training programs
  • Anticipate bottlenecks, lead escalations, make tradeoffs, and balance organizational needs with technical constraints
  • Simplify technical complexity and drive informed decisions across product, engineering, design, and research functions
  • Communicate progress across all levels of the organization, from individual contributors to senior executives
  • Define and improve organization-wide processes
  • Supervise the update and creation of content in design resources to ensure accuracy and timeliness
  • Organize and provide essential administrative support for design meetings, reviews, and team coordination

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in Program Management and Strategic Planning
  • BS or MS in Statistics, Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field
  • Previous experience in AI technology and practices, with a focus on real-world applications in professional products
  • Proven ability to lead a product from initial research to commercial launch
  • Strong advocate for data-driven decision-making and fostering an inclusive, collaborative culture
  • Experience managing teams through a collaborative and empowering leadership style
  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills
