Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and drive the execution of complex projects across multiple teams and time zones.
- Manage schedules, milestones, and dependencies using project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Collaborate with AI/ML engineers and researchers to guide models through various testing and deployment phases (e.g., regression testing, load testing).
- Support system-level software planning, ensuring requirements are captured clearly and accurately.
- Develop clear documentation, diagrams, and presentations to communicate project progress, risks, and solutions effectively.
- Oversee content and knowledge management by keeping SOPs, project files, and resources organized, updated, and easily accessible.
- Lead process improvement initiatives that optimize team workflows and reduce operational friction.
- Promote strong collaboration across research, product, and engineering teamskeeping everyone aligned, informed, and motivated.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Operations, Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field.
- Proficient with tools like Jira, Slack, Confluence, Microsoft Office, and Miro.
- Experience working with digital infrastructure, AI/ML model deployment processes, or software development life cycles.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Adaptable and resilient in fast-changing environments, with a flexible mindset.
- Demonstrated ownership mentality and the ability to lead initiatives independently without needing complete information from the outset.
