About the job Appointment Setter- Back Office

Responsibilities:

  • To be responsible for answering calls and making calls, sending emails and/or contacting potential clients in any other way, on a daily basis using data provided.
  • To work closely with the Marketing team to ensure leads are generated within various business sectors.
  • To achieve agreed personal and departmental targets captured fromcallingdata provided.
  • To inform potential client's on the companys products and services.
  • To use company databases to gain potential leads.
  • To input and maintain guest information onto the company database.
  • To ensure guest satisfaction at all times.
  • To deal with telephone queries.
  • To deal with clients in a professional manner at all times aligned to our brand values.
  • To ensureserviceis prompt, polite and professional standards are kept.


What you'll need to apply:

  • Conversational english skills
  • At least 1 year of experience as a call center agent (it's a plus if you've been a lead generation agent)
  • Can do attitude
  • Availability to work on site
  • Schedule availability to work in a full time schedule for 5 days per week
  • Experience as customer service, lead generation or sales call center agent
